The Lake House has the most beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and is located right on the water with over 100 feet of lake frontage. You will not find a more peaceful and secluded location and yet you are minutes away from downtown Hot Springs, horse racing, and all that a resort town has to offer. We have a strict limit of no more than 4 adults and 2 kids (but kids must be 12 years or younger). Due to hefty rate increases from HomeAway we have had to raise our rates. We apologize for any hardship this may cause, but the advertising and listing rates have more than doubled. Thanks for your understanding. The lake house is 1,200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room and dining area. The living room and dining room have French doors that open onto a 550 foot wood deck which over looks the lake. Bedrooms have king and queen sized beds. A futon is located in the living area that will sleep two. The house is approximately fifteen years old and is well maintained with central air, a fully equipped laundry room, and kitchen. A 2 car detached garage is located at the front of the property. On the waterfront we have a large covered boat dock with a 300 foot deck area where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a drink as you look out over the water. This property allows the best of both worlds. Get out of town to be in the country, yet have all the comforts of home as well as all that a city has to offer less than thirty minutes away by boat or car. We are in the PERFECT location; Right in the middle of town close to everything; yet uniquely private. Our home features 4 bedrooms, including two master suites with attached bathrooms. Located on the bottom floor (walk-in level) is the main living area, with pool table, wet bar, 65” flat screen TV, refrigerator, laundry room, and the larger master bedroom with a California king sized bed (brand new Nectar mattress), large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, with private outside entry and views of lake Hamilton. Upstairs features a second living area with fire place with attached outside patio, dining room to seat 10, spacious well-stocked kitchen for most baking and cooking needs, and three bedrooms. The upstairs master has a king sized posturepedic bed with on-suite bathroom and stand-up faux marble shower. The other two bedrooms have plush queen sized beds and share a common guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. All of our linens are all brand new including pillows, duvets, fresh white sheets and towels. We provide all basic items with a generous supply of everything you should need on your stay! We do have a steep driveway- so please be cautions of this upon your arrival. There is extra parking located next door as well if you are traveling with a large group or have a boat trailer. ??We are pet friendly! We just ask that they are well-behaved, well groomed, house trained, and up to date on all shots with flea and tick prevention. We provide a large dog crate, so you don’t have to worry about transporting yours. We offer high speed wireless internet. We don’t have “cable,” but all TVs are smart TVs with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu with live TV for many Chanel’s including SEC network. We also have a DVD player with movies available to watch. *please let us know if you will be bringing a boat ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate you and give you additional details for boat slip! And know we have a steep driveway- I would not suggest pulling a boat down the driveway without at first walking down and assessing the layout. *Lake Hamilton lowers 4-6 feet every year in November-February. During these times you will still have expansive views of the water which is very rare, however the dock will be inaccessible by boat. *Note we do have a steep driveway so please be careful, especially during winter months; we will provide salt for driveway if there is a chance for frost/snow. *Also please note the main living area with kitchen and dining is upstairs. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this area. This may be a deterrent for those physically challenged. *We have security cameras located outside of the front doors and back doors of our home, but are turned off during your stay!
